  Castle is an extremely special place to work. The culture is incomparable, the camaraderie irreplaceable, the opportunities boundless, and the experience invaluable! I started here a little over a year ago in a position with which I had very little experience. Since that time I have transitioned to a new position, taken on additional responsibilities, learned not only my job but other areas of the company just because the opportunity was available to me, contributed meaningfully to projects directly related to my job and some that do more for my peace of mind than my paycheck but ultimately make Castle a better place. We work hard and play harder! Castle is all about “making it your own” so you definitely get out what you put in. There are many opportunities to make this a company that works for you as opposed to the other way around. I like that Castle is like a family (for better or worse), sometimes people are very much in your business while other times they have your back when you need it most. I have seen on several occasions where we have risen to the occasion or come together as a company in support of one another or even a cause we all feel strongly about. I even like that the CEO is accessible, we can have more than superficial conversations and interactions. I can propose a direction for the company and really see it through to fruition. There is a reason that Castle is an award winning company!

  Castle Medical is a GREAT place to work, learn and grow. The company strives to put employees first and their personal and professional advancement a close second, while fostering a culture that takes a "common sense" approach to decision making. Employees are empowered to lead by example while management promotes innovation by breaking down the "barriers" of traditional hierarchical methods of organizational structure. From CEO to Janitor/Cook, employees are all treated as equals... A truly unique corporate culture and environment that feels like home and where everyone treats each other like family.
